You can order your Knitworks item in our online shop, or make the order by email or by telephone.
Product information and prices are stated in the online shop. Prices are in euros and include Finnish VAT 24 %. Prices do not include shipping costs.
We use Klarna Checkout as the payment service. You can choose to pay either by online banking payment, card payment or use the option to buy first and pay later.

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT CONFIRMATION
When we have received your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email with the order details. You should check the content of the order confirmation. It is advisable to keep the confirmation if you should need to contact us concerning the order. Deliveries arrive in approximately 2-5 weekdays from the day of order. You will receive an email with the delivery confirmation when the order has been packed and handed over for delivery.
When you receive your order, check that the content matches the product on your order information.
If, for any reason, the product you have ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will inform you immediately and refund any possible payments that you have already made.
As some of the products are partly made by hand, there might be small differences in comparison to the product picture in the shop.
If you place your order by telephone or by email, we will send you a pre-invoice. You can also choose to pickup your order from the Knitworks shop and pay when picking up the item.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY COSTS
You will see the exact delivery cost when you have chosen the suitable payment and shipping option.
The shipping charges depend on both the weight, size and country of the order. The shipping charges are based on the current postal rates. Orders of € 150 or more are shipped free of charge in Finland. You can also choose to pick up your order from the Knitworks with no shipping costs.
SHIPPING COSTS IN FINLAND
Deliveries in Finland are shipped with Posti.
Tracking is included in the shipping cost.
For very small and lightweight items, we offer shipping for 2 €, with no tracking.
Pick-up from the Knitworks store: 0 €.
Under 50 gr: 2 €, lightweight shipping as a letter.
Under 250 gr: 4 €, shipping as a letter.
Small size parcel 5 € ( tracking)
Medium size parcel: 6 € ( tracking)
Large size parcel: 8 € ( tracking)
We hope you are happy with your Knitworks purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, Knitworks has a 14 days return and exchange policy.
Please inform us by email firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can wait for the return of the item.
We offer free return shipping in Finland for orders over 100 €
In orders with a total amount under 100 €, without shipping, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
You can also return or exchange your product in person in our Knitworks store in Helsinki to avoid shipping charges.
Please note that personalised and made to order items are non-returnable.
If you have chosen to pick up your item from our store instead of delivery by post, you should notify us about a possible return within 14 days after you have received the email notice of your pick up being ready to be collected.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. Please do not remove hang tags or other information from the product. Customers name, address and telephone number must be attached. We only provide a refund or exchange the product, if the product is unused and in its original condition.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send an email to email@example.com explaining the situation, and send your item to: Knitworks, Kapteeninkatu 9, 00140 Helsinki, Finland.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to you by credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
